I like the composition... trying to figure out why the back of the chair is broken the way it is, or the lightbulbs. I'm not getting the connections there. Think it would have been more interesting with an outside socket for a bulb to show how the chair would be used for. I also like how the grass and moss under and around the chair give it a, "I've been sittin' here a long time" look. Regards, Gina

This image was accepted into a student show... I was suprised, I thought my other image title breeze would be in and not this one, as it seems to be a stronger image overall.... but this stuff feels a little cliche to me, but I like to make 'pretty' stuff now and again.

Tyler, well done. If this chair could only talk, it is well composed and has seen better days, good job.

I prefer this to the B&W version, Tyler.
I like the similar tones between the wall and chair, like they're both fading away in unison.

I love the old chairs pictures, this is perfect and beautiful. Regards

Well this chair had some stories in it... I like the desaturated look and the textured wall. Maybe a high contrast version would be interesting as well.

good work.

hey, that's good feedback.... this image made it into a juried show, it will be up a few more days, I hope it sells.

When I first saw this thumbnail, I thought it was a face upon the chair. I noted though it is the wall behind. This is such a powerful picture. Congrats!
