The wet glass has created a fine, dramatic & poetic view. Also playing of water drops as points & lines (horizontal lines in consequence of car movement)has made the image special & different to some extent.
Here u've shown how the filters can affect the way we look at objects & they seem to us.. & u know we ALWAYS look through unseen filters of our mind, thoughts n emotions..
