Very nice sense of color, tone and light. Placing the lower element so close to the lower, front edge of the images lends it tactile immediacy. The soft, somewhat dim lighting is suitable to the suject's undulating forms. I like that the upper element is so crisp and jutting making a good comparison to the recombent lower element. Also nice is the manner in which you've attended to the corners. Each in turn are interesting but not distracting.
I can understand your attraction to this subject. I also find such foilage wonderously beautiful.

I really like the DOF with this tight crop, it gives it a wonderfull sense of being pulled inside. The simplicity of the black/green colors is very engaging. great work. Regards, Martijn
