About From a darker mood. A piece of an old building that I believe is slated for demolition. It's on the property of the former Georgia Pacific paper mill.

Wow!!! Parece quelo mirara por una ventana, gran nitidez e impactantes grises y texturas!. Felicitaciones!

Strange perspective. Can't quite get a handle on it all :)) But that's what makes a good abstract. I do like the lines too. Still strong even with heavy midtones. The selective colouring on the glass is a nice touch and provides an interesting and welcome relief from the grey. Yeah, great stuff Steve :)

Cheers
Rina.

Bel dettaglio, molto "sporco". Ottima la grana.

I love the effects you have created here Steve for it sure looks like a selective colour composition. The monotones look great and the colour tone used for the window is awesome. The whole study has this great air of forbidding and mystery and you have suceeded in capturing a dark moody atmosphere......Real spooky my friend. All the best....Ray

Thanks so much, Rina. It's a section of a multilevel building with the middle part being bounded by two flat roofs.

The building looks dirtier in the picture than it really is, Simone. Thanks for the nice words.

I'm really glad you see it the way I intended, Ray. Basically, I desaturated everything but the window, and even altered its coloration.
Best,
Steve
