Sure can...I made a duplicate layer, adjusted levels for just the eye then used the eraser tool to bring back the rest of the image to original. Then flattened the layers and increased the yellows in hue/saturation a tiny bit. Then I played with the dodge tool for highlights at 12% - used it just over the white areas of his fur to help with the overall contrast. Hope that helps :)
