Really nice portrait of this child. You kept the emotion really good, and the environment really helps with that. The lighting is excellent, not too much on the focus subject, but I like the light on the wall very much. It makes the nice blue color of the wall a certain gradient towards the subject. Over all, great location and well chosen light.

including the shadow of the child on the wall in this shot is verry well chosen. It brings a sort of continuity of the stairs onto the wall as well. And it gives a great contrast between the light upstairs and the darkness downstairs. It's a beautiful shot, with an excellent choice for cropping it. Well done. Kind regards, Martijn
