I see a lot of these "lonely tree on the horizon shots" and like most of them. What I like on this one is that exaggerated curve of the horizon line, and the catch of the cloud positions to make the tree stand out. The exposure is a little harsh, some strong contrasts, but that's typical of late winter/early spring season.

Very nice Danny... I like the placement and semi-silhouette of the tree. The curvature of the hillside does a great job in leading the viewer to the tree... Keep up the good work...and the playing with perspectives...
