Hi Steve, a bit centered for my taste (or better, not quite as extreme in it's composition as I would've preferred), but a very well captured shot. In a way the off-balance in the composition does justice to the bbold, industrial structure. I think if you'd included even a bit more sky on the left, this would really rock. Just a suggestion, and definitely not necessarily an improvement... Good shot!

Cheers,

hugo

Beautifully detailed parts of a bigger complex Steve looking particularly amazing set against that beautiful rich blue sky. Well seen and taken my friend. All the best....Ray

Thanks so much, Hugo. In my mind industry has taken hold of the center. If I had included more sky the result would have been diminished volumetric impact of the industrial complex. It's a delicate balance. More sky and the complex would be less dominating; less sky and the picture would be more about a reproduction of part of an industrial complex without a statement about its domination of space. Unfortunately, I can't go back to the original photo and try your suggestion because the sky on the left is uncropped. I suppose I could try to reshoot it.
Warm regards,
Steve

A nice illustration regarding to my taste! The blue sky at the left side has done the image unique and a kind of photo-art too! it was lovely day I supposed, but I adore seeing those white clouds in this blue background! Well done
Best regards: Maxime
