Jeanette, what a wonderful image! Just incredible!

I appreciate you taking the time to comment on my City Reflections image. I agree with you about the sky being too noisy etc. I was not 100% happy with it myself - you just reaffirmed my thoughts! I have since deleted the photo.

Once again, thank you!

Cheers

Phil

An awesome composition my dear Jeanette. The reflections and the perspective are absolutely stunning. Rich colour in the sky, great details and excellent depth. How does your neck hold out on these shoots sweetie, it must be permanently looking up with the danger of walking into things:):) Well done to you. My very best wishes as always....Ray

Thilo Bayer   {K:50301} 4/26/2006
Hi Jeanette,

wow, this is awesome. The neckbreaker perspective and the clarity within the reflection is great. Maybe an even more wideangle lens would make this image more dramatic.

Thilo

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184670} 5/1/2006
Hi Jeanette,

The reflection of the tower in the slanted face creates a very surprising element. I think the angled / tilted approach is a very good call. Strong image.

Just a thought that crossed my mind, not sure if it's approaprate or adequate: Be careful that you don't fall into a routine elaborating more and more on a successful approach / formula. Preserve that crispness and creativity!

Might sound strange, and I don't realy think you need this advice, but looking at this image (which I've done now for quite a few times)I can't really suppress that feeling either. There's nothing to nitpick about, yet it also falls into a pattern, if you see what I mean...

Cheers,

Hugo

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59796} 5/8/2006
Hi Hugo,

i see what you mean by "routine"...but since i´m not searching successfulness and always trying to "keep my mind and eye´s wide open" i HOPE not to fall into any narrow bounds...

Jeanette

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184670} 5/8/2006
Hi Jeanette, hope you didn't get me wrong, it wasn't intended as a negative critique, just a thought that crossed my mind. I always enjoy your photos, they are of an exceptionally good quality, and you always manage to capture something unusual, but as you're definitely very good at that, I was venting a thought, thinking out loud.... No such things as narrow bounds!

Cheers,

Hugo

Jeanette Hägglund   {K:59796} 5/8/2006
