About Yes.. the left is a bit (ahum) over-exposed. but there are those people where you have to grab whatever chance you get as they are rare.. For me it doesn't really disturb as I'm drawn to his eyes but I'm open for opinions..

Nice photo and tone...but I would take off this distraction.

You are right about the eyes. I agree with Marcia that you should take off the distraction. I think you should also cut off a part of the right hand side to make the image more balanced.

The over-exposure on the right doesn't disturb me. The eyes makes this portret, the look is perfect. Good job!
