It's sad in a way but what so amazes me about this shot is how clean the track area is. No rubbish, no oil, no mess.
A similar shot in the UK would not look the same just for that reason.

Yes, it's too clean, this is a tram tracks from the downtown in Budapest. I think always they clean up.
