Toning of the image is very good, especially the skin and the sky. if the building was not directly behind the girl, the composition would be even better. Now, the girls' head 'merges' with the building behind her.

Ah yes, perfect tones here. Wouter makes a good point about the building, panning to the left or right would have made a difference, but nonetheless this is superb :)
