Eyes like mirrors... very well exposed. You cropped tight, but that left a small dark triangle in the lower left corner. I think you should have cropped even more to remove that, or to add more space around. Now the contours of the face are cut off by the frame at too many places.

This is my original centring. No cropped. Not much place for the kid and me in the room :-) Very close up.
