This is lovely Gary, great colour tones and I like the effects you have achieved with the polaroid transfer.

This is lovely! I would love to see it bigger...

Beautiful stuff Gary! I am deeply inclined towards the polaroid transfer process myself. I am about to buy a Pola back for my Rb Pro-S and hope to reap the benefits in much the same way as you have done. What I love about this shot is the almost 1950's Pacific postcard quality to this. Among other things I am a huge fan of Leeteg and black velvet painting, I would love to see this image in black and white with some select colour left in for effect.

BTW- I viewed the rest of your folder, bravo! I haven't seen modern images reminiscent of Curtis, ever. Your portfolio is elegant.

The painterly affect that this image has not only is eye appealing, but the colors are striking as well. Your creative ability goes beyond that of a photographer, but is that of a true artist.

A beautifully done transfer. I've also been looking at getting a propack to use the 669 film I have sitting on the shelf. I have an SX-70 and like to peel the image away from the paper and chemicals, and during one such attempt a well-meaning relative put the image emulsion down on a counter as it was drying. Similar results as seen here... random missing emulsion. I love it that not only is this a beautifully-made yet beat-up looking image, but it's been put on the cover of a magazine. Fantastic. The color of the girl is beautifully warm and the cool-green 'chunks' contrast well. Transferring with perfect color is not easy so far as I have seen but looks like you are a regular master. Maybe you'll share some of your wisdom for the day when I have that propack in my hands...

WOW, what a impressive presentation, Gary. Excelent portrait and really nice fashion plate. The beautifull model is another plus in this shot. Congrats. Regards, Alex.
