hi..
effectively is like you say.. but above all “to put” the log behind gem/the flower it is little to be able distracting.. wood on wood difficultly remains visible. the idea and the frame are beautiful, in several the stages of gems.
a little “optimal” example of depth of field.. created in several levels.. from the focus to the layers succeeded to you in order to create dynamic effect.. here there are also strong colors http://www.usefilm.com/image/1166452.html

effettivamente.. ma soprattutto "mettere" il tronco dietro alla pigna/fiore è un po' potere distraente..legno su legno difficilmente rimane leggibile.. l'idea e la cornice sono belle, nei vari stadi delle gemme..

un piccolo esempio "ottimale" di profondità di campo.. creata in vari livelli.. dal fuoco ai piani successivi per creare effetto dinamico.. qui ci sono anche colori forti

Ottimo commento..grazie..in effetti già un apertura maggiore avrebbe aiutato penso..e come giustamente dici il tronco dietro distrae un po'..

questa mi piace molto; forse uno sfondo più scuro avrebbe fatto risaltare il primo piano.
... e poi (lo leggo adesso) come si fa a non essere d'accordo con il grande Roberto AF ???

Eh eh..qui anche una sfocatura maggiore dello sfondo avrebbe aiutato..ho scattato a 5.6! Avrei dovuto usare un 2.8..
