Either I've seen this model before or you have TWO with gorgeous red hair! Again, a very selective vision--I am fascinated by the crop, which emphasises those beautiful lips. The flower looks as if it is staring over her shoulder. Too big to tuck behind her ear, of course. {g}

Hi Jeanette, Thanks for bursting that bubble.... (feeble attempt at a joke - don't take that too seriously) Was about to comment on the change in subject... . It sure could've fooled me, and made me browse back through your portfolio to see the similarities with some of your older photos....:) Still, falling back on a different style after pursuing those colourful abstracts definitely helps you in improving your undisputed skills...:) And, this proves you're one step ahead of me, too...:) I'm probably becoming predictable too... LOL!
And, now I'm really intrigued - if this is not intended as something "new" (as technically, it isn't, I agree to that), I'm curious what else you have up your sleve...:)
At least to me, it shows an all together different type of creativity and approach to artistic photography. The way the flower pops out due to it's slightly increased saturation and clarity is a superb element. Very subtle too.

all basic colors (yellow - blue - red) are greatly combined to create a very well balanced and aesthetically pleasing image... moreover the unusual for a portrait crop adds a mysterious yet shy feel to the image while the curvy flower beautifully compliments her plum lips with the intringuing smile... 21st century Mona Lisa... congrats...
