looks like a painting! if you don't mind i should say that there is a problem in the border between the apple and the black background. it's not soft!

Hi Sarah, not so much on the technical side i want to say about this photo, i know you are new to photography, I will try to see what inspired you to take this image. First i think its the colors of the apple I see the yellow blending well with the red. The shape itself is interesting and you have emphasize the top part where there is a curve and the stem.. its simple but theres a good graphic here. I see an improvement with composition... keep on shooting Sarah and keep on looking at photos and see what attract you..
