Thanks but this is done in camera with intentional motion during exposure without Vaseline.

Paul - Thanks very much for your comments but this is not a double exposure. This is done through intentional movement during exposure.

Thanks for your kind comments on this image. Ireally appreciate them. To answer your question, what appears in motion are the trunks of aspen trees in the spring. They give this the ghostly white feel.
