Andre, interesting pattern and composition. Colors - sure I like them too. In fact it's an abstract kind of shot that I like. Cheers, n.j

Thilo Bayer   {K:50301} 5/26/2006
Hi Andre,

from the thumb, this is a spider's net! In green. Maybe the green gnome is out there? =)

Have a great weekend my friend.
Thilo

Hi Andrzej,
I had a feeling you would like this one. Especially a colour version like this.
Andre

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 5/27/2006
Hi Thilo,
I was wondering what this would look like in the thumbnail. I thought I would leave out some of the more recognizable parts of the leaves, to make it a little more abstract. Super strong greens again, but that is pretty close to what it looks like around here right now.
Andre

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 5/27/2006
Thanks Manu,
I don't think I can get much greener :)
Andre

Mervo     {K:8373} 5/27/2006
Well spotted Andre, I really enjoy the lush green and the contained pattern and structure of the ferns. Nice work my friend.

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 5/27/2006
Thanks Mervo,
The greens on these ferns are almost luminescent this time of year. There is actually very little enhancement to this image. I did darken it a little to show off more shadow, but that's about it.
Andre

Jose Ignacio (Nacho) Garcia Barcia   {K:92149} 5/27/2006

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 5/27/2006

Kes     {K:18398} 5/28/2006
Hi Andre,

In the pattern of shadows of the leaves I see nature's asterisk! Cool!
Cheers,
Kes

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 5/29/2006
Hi Kes,
This seems to be one of those images where you can either discard it right away... or if you get caught up in it, the image can really grab onto you. It can definitely grow on you!
Andre

Yoshiyuki Tanaka   {K:13580} 6/15/2006

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 3/13/2007
Thanks Biljana,
I think green and black always look good together.
How about a British Racing Green Jaguar XKE with black leather interior?
Andre

Men are pretty simple really, We like cars and food, beer and women! Not always in that order!
Andre

Hugo de Wolf   {K:184981} 3/14/2007
Hi Andre,

I like the "fractal" feel of this arrangement. The screamingly hard colours fit nicely in pulling it into another dimension. It creates an almost "plastic" feel, very cool!

Cheers,

Hugo

biljana mitrovic   {K:43920} 3/14/2007
Hi dear Andre...What can I say except :-)
Warm regards
Biljana

Andre Denis   {K:56377} 3/14/2007
Thanks Hugo,
I don't usually do such vibrant colours. (lately I'm favouring de-sat and earthy tones.
I know what you mean about the plastic feel. I noticed that too. Almost too real.
Andre

D M   {K:76} 6/30/2007
