Beautiful colour tones and composition Chris. I think the DoF is a bit narrow with no flower or bud totally in focus. This causes the eyes to wander around for a strong focal point. A stop down of 2-3 fstops could make a huge difference. Regardless of the above it is a lovely image - thanks for sharing.

A flower growed and bloomed under my eyes! In fact it springs out from the backgroung thanks to the depth created by the gradual shift out of focus and light.

Of all the series I think this is my favorite. Its so full and three dimensional. Beautiful color and love all the fine detail. Love how some of the petals are just out of focus enough to add extra depth to the pic.
