Location City -  Corfe
State -  DORSET
Country - United Kingdom   United Kingdom
About Corfe Castle taken pre-dawn as the first colours of the sun lit up the sky. This series of shot took 2 years of climbing that hill in the dark, freezing cold, waiting for the sun to light the sky, only to find the fog was too thin, too thick, too high etc etc. Then one autumn morning, it all came together...

Mary Brown   {K:68627} 6/7/2006
That is dedication to get the shot you wanted. Spending 2 years watching for the right time surely shows your dedication. It must have been a real thrill to realize that this day was 'it'. Your picture is gorgeous. The mist gives it a magical feeling while, at the same time, allowing details of the castle and surroundings to show through. Awesome. Congratulations on SC.
