Thanks, Nacho. Glad you got back to Cuba. What a photogenic country -- and people!

Nice picture, works really well in color. Jonathan.

Hi Roger, good triptych of "snaps - your words. I guess some things are global, you'll find this type of free time spending everywhere in the world. Good photo, and I like this format; works well in including all elements without a too excessive distortion.

Cheers,

hugo

Thanks, Jonathan. I know you prefer B&W but colour IS nice sometimes. This is my favourite film... I love the colour rendering of it. Just need to tweak the white balance every time for a slight yellow cast--a Fuji trademark!

Thanks, Hugo. The camera was nodding slightly to the right, but I didn't correct the perspective because my son (on the left) and the leg of the tent were both vertical, and the "leaning" was not too distracting. The 21mm lens is great for snapshots but you DO have to watch the verticals! I should have called these "Snap Triptych" a la Hugo de Wolf...

Hi Roger,

nice view into your world - a very special world for me ;-) I like the colorful clothings.

best wishes, Thilo

Roger:
Beautiful colors here which are richly conveyed. I really like the composition but for the white canopy leg which gives it a collage "feel" at the upper reaches of the shot. The textures on either side of the central white leg have an unconnected feel to them, broad foliage on the right, for example, and narrow on the left. I know this is not the case, but the issue does distract somewhat from the capture. I do agree with Thilo . . . it's fun to get a look into your world!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Doyle, thanks. I manage to have quite a bit of fun, and sometimes I capture that in a photo. Love it when that happens. I wondered about leaving more of the roof of the canopy showing, but this looked better, although your point about the image "split" is well taken. Definitely "snapshot" photography!

I have enjoyed viewing all three 'snaps' Roger and it is nice to see your lads' involvement in Church matters. It is equally wonderful to share these moments in your life my friend. Good photography and I have hundreds of 'snaps' of my own that I am proud of. Well done Roger. I am still chasing my tail so I'll 'see' you again soon......cheers.....Ray
