Although the work you did on the image was fine, I'm not sure you really needed to tweak that much - the original is really nice!

An image that reminds me of a painter. Höyer is his name and he painted a couple of painting called "the skagen-paintings" - skagen is a place in denmark. You've managed to capture the same feeling he has in his paintngs. And that is a wonderful thing. In other words - a wonderful image.

I love the beautiful, soft tones and glow this photo has. Beautiful work. Great poses, or great moment captured, difficult with both children and dogs, yet you have both. Also, incredibly clean and free from noise!

Looking through your portfolio, my eye was immediately attracted to this image. The photograph is excellent and very well composed, with child and dog staring into the mists... I am most amazed by the serene, well-behaved boxer. We've had several and I adore them, but I can't imagine any of our boxers remaining this still and focused on a beach with such a lovely playmate at hand. Well done on both counts!

I think this is one of my alltime favourite photographs on this site. Everything about it is excellent. The empty space on the left adds so much more to the photo. The expressions, the positioning of the girl and dog is perfect. The dog looks so powerful here and the girl so innocent and sweet. This is a great work of art.

As a lover of the Boxer I really think this is a wonderful image, and that is a fine looking dog.
Is he a family pet? I breed Boxers here in Oklahoma. They are such cute pups!

Hi Paul, thanks. He is the clients family pet and unfortunately passed away not long after this photo. They got another Boxer but had to go to the States to get it....maybe it was one of yours!

This is so sweet. Thanks so much for your comment to me. I browsed your portfolio (very beautiful) and ended up with this great shot. Boxers are my ultimate dog (we've had 3) and this is just precious of him and the little girl. So typical of this great breed.
