Yes, I agree with Don. I think there may be some additional contrast or perhaps levels adjustment you could do to get some better separation of the foreground trees from the background. There's still something interesting going on toward the center of the image I really like. There's a whole lot of potential for turning this into a really spectacular image. Keep up the good work.

Composition and contrast are very good, bit soft but I like it.

Composition is great! Light is very nice. I can't give much of an opinion on B&W, but, I wouldn't mind seeing a little more contrast. But, that's just me.
