Many thanks for your comments, Ace, and for understanding what I was trying to do here. On their own, each of these Bucharest pics may not be much, but together I think they tell a lot. I find it amazing that just staying in one place and watching, I can find so many things going on. As for part IV, well, I'll be back in the same apartment next week...
