Great selective focus on the water droplets on the egg. The focus distorts the fork :-) really nicely.

Oh that's just forking great!... sorry, couldn't resist, surprised no-one's said it before me ;)
Seriously though, I prefer egg on fork over egg on spoon. I think the prongs add a more interesting dynamic. Nice work :)
Phil's forks give few food for thought (try saying that three times, f-f-fast)

I just came across this image...really nice. This is my favorite of your recent egg photos. The shallow DOF is very appealing and the cool colors work well. There is something disconcerting about the fresh and natural robin's egg against the cold steel of the fork. That disconcerting element makes me want to look at the image even longer.
Really a rocking image!
