Beautful macro work Mr Gopal. I also enjoy shooting flower and am thinking about ourchasing a set of closeup filters. I dont have an extensice idea about closeup filter. What model or make should I buy?

Inder Gopal   {K:364} 6/21/2006
Thank you Mr. Debarshi Dasgupta for your comments. Nothing to beat a macro lens coz of its high end production value with a coating that we find on lenses. To be honest I have rarely used a Macro lens for its price tag unless it was in combination with a zoom lens. I have used a set of closeup lenses/filters all through my years of photography. If you can hold of some good imported ones, like B+W, nothing like it, but you could also buy ones made in India. One company is SONIA from Delhi. A set of four lenses (+1,2,4 and 10 diopters) cost about Rs. 300/-. With budget contraints these will doing a great job for you. Regards
