Small world, Howie, I was here last Sunday afternoon, camera in hand, but didn't take any shots of the lakes due to the milky-grey sky. Obviously this was taken on a different day! You seem to have gotten some exercise to get to this vantage point and this shot has definitely made it worthwhile.

Lovely spot, gently captured. There is a lot of depth in this image. I find when I shoot scenes like this the distance seems condensed, am wondering if I'm using the wrong lens. Do you know where you had your's set? Thnakyou. Cathy

I love this place. We were there in September and got some good shots during a sunny spell. It looks like you took yours from Cader Idris. I won't be doing any of those until they install a chair lift.
