I don't know for the tone adjustement, but the cropping do work really well. The model is really pretty and her expression is really good. Have you use PS on her face? I think it's a bit too perfect to be true. If not, congrulate her on her perfect skin for me! lol.

Thanks all for the comment...Mario, the only thing that i adjusted on her face was her eyes, i brightened them up a little, other than that the combination of the lighting and her makeup, produced a very soft look to her face...and she is pretty much naturally like that...you can see the color version of her face in one of my earlier photos, here's the link --->http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1134362
