Nice still life... I love the lighting and shadows, I especially love how you can't really make out what the real object is, but once it's shadow gets cast its obvious! Nice positioning with that, it's a great idea, and very well carried out! :)

Great shadow play with this image Thomas. A simple and effective composition which is very creative and eye-catching. There's a feeling of 3D to this image that I really like - how the table and it's shadow seem to be one, with the rooster and rooster shadow standing on opposite ends of the table. Excellent lighting for this.
