The contrast is too flat, Teresa; there are no blacks in your image. Adjusting black levels would fix that.

Yeah, this is a bit better.
When shooting waterfalls, I intentionally under-expose to preserve the detail in the white water, and then restore light and detail in the shadows by adjusting levels later.
