Beautiful. Such clean lines. Which fireworkds show are these from?

Jan Graziano   {K:17041} 7/5/2006
Peoria, AZ has been having fireworks as part of our celebration of the 4th of July for more than 24 years. Since about 1993 the event has been held at the Peoria Sports Complex - Prior to that our 4th of July celebration and fireworks were done in the football field at Peoria High School. Thanks for the comment - Last year, with this camera which was just a few month old, I tried to take this kind of shot - point and shoot and hand - held. Those shots were awful! I am fairly pleased with the way these two shots I uploaded tonight turned out. Next year's shots should be better! Jan

I really can't see you improving on your 4th of July fireworks next yeaar - this is great.

I did the handheld fireworks last year and this year. Next year I'll bring my tripod and get a cable release.

Haven't tried raw yet, but will have to at some point.

Your fireworks show is perfect. The colors look great against the dark black sky.

Your pictures turned out so well. Mine were bust. I surely need more practice at fireworks. The one in the front looks like a flower. Great shot.
