Great abstract Lucy with lovely colours and detail. The vertical division is very interesting forming an almost Yin/Yang pattern. I would also try to rotate the camera anti-clockwise to creat a more diagonally divided image on a square format. Regards.

Such an interesting collection of curves and color. What is the white reflection? It looks like it has a lot going on.

I do agree with Joggie that a slight rotation of your camera (either clockwise or counter-clockwise) would improve the general framing of your shot.

hey james. thanks for the comment. i agree with both of you regarding flipping it. funnily enough, i usually do stuff like that, but didn't entertain it in this shot. the white stuff? i don't know actually. the sun? there was a tree overhanging the lake, so maybe it's the 'in-between' spaces of the light and branches. i like your portfolio especially photon fishermin! good luck with getting home.
