Paul,

Wonderful choice of the -2 exposure, point of view, coloring and the off center of the Needle.

Well done indeed my friend,

Marty

A brilliant night image, Paul! I can't understand why this one has not had more comments! Top notch!

Cheers

Thanks, Phil.
I'm pretty pleased with the detail and lighting, which took many tries to accomplish.

I agree, the details and the lighting are 100% perfect but I really feel it needs to be centered. Put a large envelope (or whatever) along the left side (where the black would be if it was centered) and see how much more balanced it looks. Well, that's my opinion. I have something like this shot during daylight that I have centered. Check it out and see if you agree. I think this crop would work if there was a moon (or something) in the sky on the right to balance it out.

Nice perpective. Also good exposure.
Congrats!

Thanks, Carlos! It took quite a few shots to get it right, but I had my tripod, my cable release, and plenty of time to keep at it until the histogram confirmed I got what I was seeing.
