Very artistic Shirley! Looks like it should be mounted and framed! Concerning the e-mails, did you check "your perferences" and select that you wanted to receive e-mails? That might be a solution. Regards--Bill Voizin

Wow...really like this one a lot too! Do you have the original orange one that you could upload on the reply? Shirley...who is Anna??? I've noticed she's in a lot of your work. Your work definitely leans toward the mystical & surreal...it's wonderful! :)

Thank you again, dear Rob! If you look in the comments, you will see the original version. To create this, I had Anna lie on the floor in a dark room (with the peacock feathers arranged around her face,) while I 'painted' her with a flashlight throughout a 30 second exposure. Later, I combined her image with the sunset, which I had greatly enhanced.
Anna is a local woman I discovered singing in a concert choir. She had the 'look' I wanted for my images, and she turned out to be the most natural model I've ever photographed. She's never had any training in modeling or dance, but when she begins to move, it's magic....and the camera loves her!
