Don:
Perfect composition with a lovely sepia tone and the IR makes the whole thing sing. VERY well done. I'm not familiar with R72 filter . . . is it a Neutral Density or a filter to enhance IR settings . . . which I thought was done in PS, not on the camera? I assume the filter is not circular but Cokin style.
This is excellent work Don . . . as always!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Hi Doyle, the R72 filter is an Infra Red filter that is opaque and only lets in the IR light. You have to compose the picture then put the filter on and then expose. The exposures are usually around 1 to 2 seconds. Then you have to process the image in PS where you can get a lot of different effects.
Thanks, Don.

Very cool - appears to have a frosted look. Nice effect.

Hi Don, neat mystic shot, very creative. The foreground shadows balance the sky nicely.
Best,
Kes

Wow, some very eerie effects. Looks like the pasture has been dusted with talcum powder.

I know I need to try some of these just haven't bought a filter yet. Looks fine. Like the tone and image.

Gee, I know it has been really dry here in Nebraska but I would hope it hasn't burned things up this bad at your place! The IR and the sepia tone give this image a real fairy tale look, Don. I like this very much. Larry

Amazing result Don with so much incredible technique and skill used in the taking and then in the postwork. A wonderful piece of creative photography with this stunning silvery effect in amongst the soft sepia tones. Well done to you my friend. I am doing my usual weekly catch-up following my work. My very best wishes to you as always......Ray
