Wow, I get to comment first. What a thrill, to open the recent uploads and find your picture first out of 3000.
I must say that is the nicest picture anyone could portray of our Congress. Not much else you can say about it (Congress). Lots you can say about the photo, I love the rich colors! Excellent tones.
