Hi Kenneth, I know you were probably not really looking for a answer when you posted this, but I have been picking up intresting rock since I was a kid, I have small bags from every trip I have taken LOL, The oldest rocks some of which are found in your area date back 3.6 billion years, zircon ore found in Australia dates back 4.5 billion years! Looking at them in general you can always figure any one is over 3 billion years old.
And They always make a great abstract photo such as yours, so many different textures, shapes, colors and detail. more pleasing then the water drop and other abstracts we often see If you take into consideration what you are looking at!

Thanks Dave I was just messing around one day at the house in the country and I was looking at this area of rocks and said well it looks good let do it, and here it is.
