I was born and raised in rural Kansas and lived most of my adult life in and around Washington DC. When I noticed your home state and your series of photos in and around the nations capital wanted to comment. I know from experience how difficult it is to film the Washington monument. Because of it height you must either use strange angles or back way off and lose detail. By filming when the lighting gave an illusion of red you created a very unique inage. I have enjoyed all your photos from in and around Washington. Well done. Del.
