The D200 made multiple exposures (in camera) a feature again.
Here is an image that has been made up by using 3 shots taken from a tripod uswing the multiple exposure facility. I waited until a traffic light turned green a cars started to move, then, click - expose - close. Repeated 3 times, your camera does the rest...
