Well dine. At first I didn't like the limited DOF but after a moment, I guess it works

Rashed Abdulla   {K:152890} 7/21/2006
This is a perfect and very pleasant image, the people here adding a lot of great interest to the viewer and with very great composition, lighting, contrast and tone, wishing you all of the best my friend

Maurizio Massetti   {K:30194} 7/22/2006

constance parry   {K:188} 7/22/2006
there is a lot going on in your image. very thoughtful.

Shirley D. Cross   {K:138745} 7/22/2006
Absolutely wonderful!!!

Paul Lara   {K:76987} 7/22/2006
wow. What a very deep, quite dimensional family portrait. I love it! This idea is quite an inspiration for future 'group shots'.

Branimir Fagarazzi   {K:38361} 7/22/2006
Great shot

jezabel /tutku tokol   {K:10730} 7/22/2006
this is wonderful!
maybe only children in the composition...

Ian McIntosh   {K:38371} 7/22/2006
The frames within the frame work nicely here. I suppose the shallow dof emphasises the concrete face the boy stands in front of.
So love the casual beauty of your portraits.

Wouter van Noort   {K:4357} 7/22/2006
I just spend several minutes just looking at your image. It grabs my attention and didn't allow my eyes to move out of the frame. Great image...

TUBA DURAN   {K:3249} 7/25/2006
perfect photo!!
nice work!
congrats!!!

svend videbak   {K:7376} 7/26/2006
Very nicely "stage-managed" if you'll pardon the expression -- yet a natural feeling is maintained. I like the play of stony textures with the skin of the people portrayed.

Jacek Gasiorowski   {K:1126} 7/29/2006
a lot of details but in Your style, v. good style ;) regards

gianna piano   {K:12662} 8/4/2006

Stunning portfolio full of the most brilliant and subtle observations.
Aesthetically and technically way too good for someone so young :)
Wish I could automatically give you 7 out of 7 for the lot.

Patrick Crowther   {K:13567} 2/16/2007
The frame within a frame technique works brilliantly in this photo, aided by the fact that it's monochrome. The girl with her arms folded looks like she's proudly resting on a finished canvas... the boy beneath her seems to be part of a painting. Truly wonderful.

TUBA DURAN   {K:3249} 2/16/2007
wonderfull!
Congrats!

A dramatic scene. like a theatre. all characters have directed very well by zosia to combined a big meaning and a deep feel and concept. exellent square composition as always.

Sheryl Phillips   {K:2668} 2/16/2007
What a wonderful shot Zosia! I love the texture you've captured with the Ilford film...great choice in b&w. You've achieved well-rounded tones and really good balance throughout the image, since your eyes go from the little boy, to the girl and then to the dad in the background with baby.
Wonderful job!! Congrats on the Photo of the Day!
~Sheryl
