A sentimental photo for me, Doyle, as I did ashiharakarate for some years and really enjoyed it.:-)Nice in sephia and expressive sensei in the dojo.
I´ve just come home from the beach nightswimming, and I´m sleepy now, so goodnight!:-)

The Dojo is at the church and religious instruction and moral behavior are required for both participation AND advancement. R.S. has provided this avenue for MANY youth and provides exercise for the body and the mind to help give activities far preferable to these young impressionable minds than those they may otherwise get involved in. LA County provides many more activities that growing minds should avoid than those which they should seek out.....Here we have at least one man who provides a positive option.

Avi: Good call my friend! I like the other too . . . but think somehow this fits better for the project . . . though I can't be sure due to the presence of Karate class phots and Sais on the desk in the other. Both qualify technically . . . but the other is more subtle! Great comment!

Good shot for the project doyle ..looks like he means business..i will have to show my son he has fought in a lot of tournaments and also is hired to put on displays ..he is the stuntman in my spiderman picture..i am sure he will like these pictures..nessa

This is another excellently toned composition in rich sepia and fits well into this project my good friend. I love the pose of the sensei with his pupils in the background who are receiving instructions from someone else or busy with their physical and mental preparations before class commences properly. It´s good to have places and devoted people like that providing teens with a good sense of living instead of being dragged into trouble when roaming the streets.
