Fantastic colors and composition here. the ontrast of colored boats on pale water is wonderful, and helped very well by the qualities of ambient light here. The framing/cropping decision of the vertical image with boats lining the right edge was critical.
Also a good choice of black matte frame. I might suggest a softer color for the inner frame as the bright white at bottom of the image creates enough contrast to distract the viewer, I think. Or alternatively to remove the white inner frame. Regardless of this small remark, you have created a wonderful image! Congratulations!
