No, I'm afraid not. The organization behind it is an amusement park called Yomiuri Land, and they have a Japanese website if you are interested in that. Here is a description of it in English for parents who might want to take their children:

The swimming school is held in one of their pools on that site. There is no magazine or other related publication.

No, Brad. Kids up to Senior High School get in for 1,800 JPY. Adults pay 2,800 JPY. Sorry to disappoint you. Isn't she gorgeous!
