Another great portrait Manu!
This one reminds me so much of some of the images from the 50's. Exactly the kind of thing you would see in "Life" or "Look" magazine as part of a "Men At Work" photo essay!

This is a great portrait. Lewis Hine comes to mind even more so if it were in B&W. I like the way you have used the light the vignette is nice and the flash not to overpowering.
