As I climbed up to the Litang Chode Gompa (the Tibetan lamasery) on the edge of Litang (altitude: approx 4200m) I met up with this young lama who decided to block my way in a show of force. Younger lamas such as this fellow are usually happy to get in front of the camera, and he and his fellow lamas turned out to be a friendly bunch.
