Yeah Shirley . . . they have to cool it in an oven . . . rapid temperature changes apparently are BAD for glass . . . wait a minute . . . I don't care for them either . . . but I don't crack . . . errr. . . . never mind! LoL!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~

Shirley D. Cross   {K:141762} 8/4/2006
You are sooo funny, Doyle! But I'm afraid rapid temperature changes, or at least, EXTREME temperatures, are very bad for US, too!:)))

Klaas  Baas   {K:15115} 8/4/2006
So if we didn't see it's hot on all your last photographs, you now show us one which is still burning.LOL. Great capture Doyle, and again a slower shutterspeed to show us the flames. Nice effects.
Best regards,

Klaas

Thanks Klaas, my friend. I love the comment you left because it immediately reminded me of something I grew up hearing. "Do I have to draw you a picture?"
I gather you NOW get it. HOT! Hehehehee

Gonna switch gears to Decisive Moment a tad to break up the work!

Excellent colour tones to this shot my friend and you can see a definite shape taking place in this project. In all these shots you can almost feel that intense heat and none more so than this one. Well done to you Doyle, another great image to join the rest in this wonderful series. Cheers to you....Ray
