About Dawn on the rocks at Currumbin, Gold Coast. That's Surfers Paradise in the background. I've been attempting to get a little bit of motion in the water, without ending up with mist.

Great B&W seascape, Mel. Love the slowmo water. Was this taken from Miami or Burleigh? Looks like Surfers in the background. Cheers, Ann.

Beeeeautiful Mel...the motion of the water is mesmerizing, awesome detail, love your composition! What am I seeing way off in the distance?

Thanks Robin, it was a scary time out there on the rocks, but I managed to wring some nice shots out of the visit. That's the infamous Surfers Paradise in the background, with one of those pointless "highest building" contenders....actually....it does have a point, you can see it at the top :)

Ms. Mel Brackstone   {K:6455} 8/5/2006
Thank you Tony!

Mel,
This is one of the pictures that you can't help when you see but to wish that you were the one who took it.
It is perfect in all aspect, can't find any fault in it, presented in a nice way. I like the space you gave to the sea as well, the 1 sec exposure is perfectly timed.
Can't be any better,
Very well done and keep up the good work, Regards,

Ms. Mel Brackstone   {K:6455} 8/7/2006
