Poor guy. I hope he won't wait too long. Very nice catch here, Andree :)

This is a lovely story you have captured, a lovely day, people having fun and man's best friend missing out. I wish I could see the dog's tail so I could read what he was feeling. I like the detail in the water. Cathy

Don't feel too bad for him Cathy. He had a great time in the shallow part of the lake. He kept stealing the sticks from the other dogs. And in this picture, his tail is in neutral (no stress) :) Thanks Cathy. Andree

This is a great image- to have the dog waiting in the corner. The water and the colours beautiful.

My friend this is a very pleasant image to view and with very great DOF, composition and perfect exposure.

Wishing you all of the best my great friend

Ever vigilant! This one really "speaks" to me, Andree, probably because it reminds me of my dog when we're lucky enough to be at the lake together!

But you want a "real" critique? Gosh, I like it as is. If I couldn't have the entire dog, I might have cropped the (beginning of the)dog's back leg out, but your compo is very nice, and there's a lot of energy in the shot.

There's my 2 cents worth!
Gayle :)
