About While travelling in the rugged Tagong area, I caught up with this lama and some others as they were walking towards a river for some football, swimming, and washing. We relaxed under the blazing sun and chatted for awhile about nothing in particular. He wasnt aware that I snapped this photo. He's from Tagong Si, or the Tagong Temple.

I like the dof which is just right to give a sense of the place but does not take away from the main subject.

James,
Excellent portrait. The red garment acts as a frame, within the frame, which ensures the eye doesn't stray. DOF, lighting, and composition, all right on the mark in this one. Congrats.

Hey James! Thank you so much for your comment, it really meant to me because I´m looking forward to learn more and more about photography! I went through your portfolio and I could see really good portraits, I really like the colors on your works, and the expressions that you get, like this one here!!! I´m really honored to know that in some way, my photo was an inspiration to you! I´ll check back for that portrait you mentioned! Regards!
